Terms & Conditions

1. Promo Overview

  • The BCRemit Triple Treats Promo (“Promo”) rewards loyal customers who send money using BCRemit.
  • Each successful transaction during the promo period gives customers a chance to win exciting prizes — from weekly treats to a grand cash prize for their loved ones in the Philippines.

2. Promo Duration

  • The promo runs from October 22 to January 31, 2026.
  • All successful transactions within this period are qualified entries.

All qualified transactions within this period are eligible for the weekly, monthly, and grand draws.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to all BCRemit registered users based in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Europe who send money using BCRemit.
  • Participants must have a verified BCRemit account and complete at least one successful transaction during the promo period.
  • There is no minimum send amount required to qualify.

Employees of BCRemit, its partners, and their immediate family members up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join.

4. Promo Mechanics

  • Send money using BCRemit during the promo period (October 22 – January 31, 2026).
  • Each successful, completed transaction earns one (1) raffle entry.
  • Get one (1) bonus raffle entry when you do all these:

    2. Share or repost any of the official promo posts with the hashtag #BCRemitTripleTreats.
      On Facebook, make sure to include the #BCRemitTripleTreats in your caption.
    3. Tag three (3) friends in the caption or comment.
  • You must have a valid BCRemit transaction to qualify for the bonus entry. Social media participation alone will not count.
  • Only completed and paid transactions are valid. Cancelled or refunded transactions will not be counted.

5. Prizes

Weekly Treat

  • 5 winners per week from all markets (UK, US, CA, EU) of ₱2,499-worth Jollibee Padala Package.
  • Draws every Friday starting Oct 31, covering transactions from the previous week.

Monthly Treat

  • 1 winner per month from all markets (UK, US, CA, EU) of ₱10,000 remittance credits.
  • Winner receives ₱10,000 worth of BCRemit remittance credits (must be used in a single transaction).
  • Draws on December 3, 2025, and January 15, 2026 for transactions from the prior month.

Grand Treat

  • 1 grand prize winner from all markets (UK, US, CA, EU) of ₱100,000 cash.

6. Draw & Announcement of Winners

All draws will be conducted electronically under the supervision of BCRemit management and an independent witness. See draw schedule below.

Winners will be announced on BCRemit’s official Facebook page and notified via email, phone call, and push notification.

All communications will come only from official BCRemit channels.

7. Verification & Claiming

  • Winners will be notified by BCRemit via email, SMS, and push notification after the draw.
  • BCRemit's Customer Service Team will then contact the winner to verify their identity and confirm the beneficiary's details and preferred delivery date for the prize.
  • Winners must respond and complete verification within 30 days from the date of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be drawn.
  • Once the winner has confirmed all details, BCRemit will proceed with the prize fulfillment.
  • Prizes will be credited, delivered, or fulfilled within 15 business days after the winner's confirmation of details.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
  • The ₱100,000 grand prize will be deposited directly to the verified beneficiary in the Philippines after confirmation.

8. General Conditions

  • By joining, participants agree to allow BCRemit to use their name, image, and testimonial for marketing and promotional purposes related to this Promo, free of charge.
  • BCRemit reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify fraudulent entries, or replace prizes with those of equal or greater value without prior notice.
  • BCRemit reserves the right to cancel or modify the promo mechanics if unforeseen circumstances arise, subject to applicable regulatory approval.
  • BCRemit’s decisions on all Promo matters are final and binding.
  • Promo is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Promo is not valid in conjunction with other BCRemit promotions.

BCRemit reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity before awarding the prize.

9. Data Privacy

All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable in the European Union, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada, and relevant U.S. federal and state privacy laws, as well as the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 for beneficiary information.


Information shared during participation—such as names, contact details, and delivery addresses—will be used solely for verifying eligibility, conducting the raffle draw, notifying winners, and fulfilling prizes.


Additionally, some of this information may also be processed in line with BCRemit’s standard business operations, including customer verification, service improvement, and marketing analytics in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
